The SBA-guaranteed loans that we currently offer include:

7(a) Loans

Loan amounts range from $250,000 to $5,000,000.  Loan proceeds may be used for the financing of owner–occupied commercial real estate, working capital, inventory, machinery & equipment, furniture & fixtures, tenant improvements, debt refinancing, business expansions, and acquisition of an existing business among other business–related purposes.

SBA Express Loans and Lines of Credit

SBA Express is part of the SBA 7(a) loan guaranty program and is designed to simplify and streamline the SBA’s loan application process, particularly for smaller SBA loans. Loan amounts range from $50,000 to $350,000.  Uses of proceeds include working capital, purchase of inventory, machinery & equipment, furniture & fixtures, purchase of fixed assets, and financing of trading assets among other business–related purposes.

  • Low documentation loans
  • Fully–amortized term loans with no balloon payments

504 Loans

The SBA 504 program provides long–term financing for small businesses seeking to acquire fixed assets such as commercial real estate and equipment with a useful life exceeding 10 years.  Other uses include construction and/or property renovations tied to owner–user real estate. We participate in the 504 loan program in partnership with SBA–approved Certified Development Companies (CDC) to provide competitive rates and flexible loan structures.
